Responsibilities & Context:
Review various draft agreement, negotiate with partner.
Maximum risk analysis, monitoring and prevention during execution of agreement
Draft documents including meeting minutes
Update (hard copy and soft copy) of key correspondence, records of dispute issues
Handle, maintain and update key issues from time to time on case basis
Maintain and update progress reports
Site visit and monitoring as required
Any other responsibilities assigned by the department
