Responsibilities & Context:
- Carry out deliverables in relation with Company’s Financing activities (i.e., Lender’s Requirements, Information Undertakings, Financial Covenants, Restrictions, Representations).
- Carry out business activities in relation with Tax, VAT & other relevant levies.
- Carry out banking activities for the company.
- Carry out investment activities for the company.
- Carry out contract activities in relation within the scope of finance for the company.
- Carry out financial control related activities, banking procedures, policies for the company.
- Carry out budget related activities, forecast, borrowing & cash flow positions for the company.
- Carry out forecasting of financial market conditions for long-term and short-term financing for the company.
- Cross functional with Accounts Departments job responsibilities (i.e., Preparation of Financial Statements, Management Report Preparations, Comparative Statements, NULC activities and others given by management on adhoc basis from time to time).
- As both Finance and Accounts works are interdependent with each other and integrating all responsibilities with Finance Department from time to time.
