Responsibilities & Context:
Lead New Product Development (NPD) activities from concept generation to successful market launch.
Identify new product opportunities through market research, consumer insights, competitor analysis and emerging technology trends.
Collect, analyse and translate customer feedback and market data into product improvements and future product development initiatives.
Lead cost optimisation, value engineering, localisation and improvement initiatives without compromising quality and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement and Marketing, to ensure timely and successful product commercialisation.
Develop and execute the R&I roadmap, managing multiple product development projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth strategies.
