Responsibilities & Context:
Lead architectural design, working drawings and documentation.
Develop 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related tools.
Prepare BOQ, design specifications, and material selections Follow.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, vendors, and project teams.
Conduct site visits and ensure construction aligns with approved drawings.
Manage multiple interior projects and ensure timely delivery.
