Ø  Supervise and manage day-to-day road and highway construction, repair, and maintenance works, with a strong focus on asphalt/bituminous pavement (Road & Bridge Project).

Ø  Oversee multiple ongoing Building construction projects simultaneously and ensure smooth execution. (Building Construction Project).

Ø  Plan, budget, monitor, and control all site activities for each project.

Ø   Ensure work progress meets required quality standards and is completed within the agreed timeline.

Ø  Coordinate with government offices and handle all related official communications and documentation.

Ø  Solid understanding of Government contracting procedures, BOQ, billing, and project documentation.

Ø  Manage site engineers, foremen, workers, and subcontractors effectively to keep operations running efficiently.

Ø  Coordinate across multiple sites and take timely decisions while providing strong leadership.

 Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by management as needed
