Professional Requirements:

The applicant must have:

Full Corporate Membership of the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB).

Valid professional registration with the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB).

Eligibility to sign and certify architectural drawings as required under applicable regulations.

Experience working with RAJUK approval procedures.

Strong knowledge of approval processes of RAJUK and other development authorities in Bangladesh.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Architect to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing complete architectural design solutions, including concept development, planning, 2D and 3D visualization, interior design, marketing presentations, and authority submission drawings. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise, creative design capability, and extensive experience in obtaining approvals from relevant authorities in Bangladesh. This is primarily an office-based (desk) position with minimal field responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare architectural concept designs, master plans, and project layouts for residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, institutional, and real estate development projects.

· Develop detailed 2D architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

· Produce high-quality 3D floor plans, architectural visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials.

·Design attractive and functional interior spaces for various project types.

· Create professional 3D walkthroughs, animations, and marketing presentation videos for project promotion.

· Prepare complete drawing packages for submission to relevant approval authorities including: RAJUK, CDA, KDA, RDA, City Corporations, Municipal Authorities and Other statutory approval agencies in Bangladesh.

· Prepare authority-compliant architectural drawings and documentation for building plan approval.

· Coordinate with structural, MEP, survey, and planning consultants during project development.

· Ensure all designs comply with the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) and applicable planning regulations.

· Review and approve architectural drawings before submission.

· Provide professional architectural seal and signature on drawings where legally applicable.

· Support the marketing team with presentation drawings, brochures, project visuals, and promotional materials.

· Maintain high standards of design quality, accuracy, and documentation.

Experience Requirements:

· 8–10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project development.

· Proven experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, and real estate projects.

· Demonstrated experience in preparing drawings for authority approval in Bangladesh.

· Strong portfolio showcasing architectural design, visualization, interior design, and animation work.

Technical Skills:

The candidate should have excellent command of:

·        AutoCAD

·        Autodesk Revit

·        SketchUp

·        Lumion

·        3ds Max

·        V-Ray

·        D5 Render / Twinmotion (preferred)

·        Adobe Photoshop

·        Adobe Illustrator

·        Adobe Premiere Pro

·        Adobe After Effects (preferred)

·        Microsoft Office Suite
