Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead infrastructure automation, deployment, reliability, and operational excellence initiatives for our broker-hosted Order Management System (OMS). The incumbent will play a critical role in ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and performance of production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable production infrastructure.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
Manage and optimize Linux-based server environments.
Monitor system health, availability, and performance across all environments.
Implement infrastructure automation and configuration management practices.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity procedures.
Perform capacity planning and infrastructure optimization activities.
Ensure infrastructure and application security best practices are implemented.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and infrastructure-related issues.
Prepare infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
Mentor junior DevOps personnel and provide technical leadership.
