Educational Requirements

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any recognized university.

• Diploma candidates are not eligible to apply.

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects.

• Experience in high-rise building construction and project management will be preferred.

Other Requirements

• Sound knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.

• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise all construction and finishing works at project sites.

• Prepare and review drawings, BOQ, estimates, and work schedules.

• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Estimate construction materials and monitor material consumption.

• Conduct site inspections and solve technical issues promptly.

• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.

• Maintain all project documentation and measurement records.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
