Responsibilities & Context:

• Design, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, VLANs, VPNs and make Virtual Private Server (VPS) across office and datacenter locations.

• Rapidly diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve complex server and technical networking issues across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.

• Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) on recurring incidents to prevent future downtime.

• Deploy, administer, and patch Windows and Linux server environments, including virtualized infrastructure (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, or KVM).

• Perform system audits, log analysis, and continuous monitoring to find, track, and patch software, configuration errors, and network bugs before they impact operations.

• Monitor and optimize server storage space, memory utilization, and CPU allocation.

• Implement automated data retention policies, disk cleanup routines, and storage virtualization to ensure peak efficiency and cost savings.

• Manage Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and IAM access controls.

• Enforce network security protocols, perform vulnerability assessments, manage endpoint protection, maintain backup and disaster recovery (DR) plans.

• Manage end-to-end server integration, data migration, and technical connectivity for client systems and third-party platforms.

• Monitor system health, latency, and uptime using enterprise network tools; handle Tier 2/3 incident escalations to root cause resolution.

• Support hybrid deployments and connectivity across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
