Additional Requirements:

  • Only Male
  • Basic typing skill (English-30, Bangla-25)Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Respond to customer queries through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media.

  • Handle inbound calls with professional manners.

  • Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve customer issues.

  • Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.

  • Maintain knowledge of our product and process

  • Meet a monthly sales target/retention target/sorting target/quality target/support target
