Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient machine maintenance, production continuity, and spare parts availability.
Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, and company standards.
Resource Management: Optimize manpower, materials, and spares for cost-effective operations.
Continuous Improvement: Implement maintenance plans to improve equipment performance and reliability.
Team Leadership: Develop and support engineers, supervisors, and operators for high performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
Data & Reporting: Track performance, prepare reports, and drive data-based decisions.
Emergency & IMS Management: Manage breakdown support, safety systems, audits, ISO compliance, and continuous improvement.
