Responsibilities & Context:

·                Perform the pre-check list work with scheduling work.

·                Supervise the preventive maintenance, daily or un-planned breakdown maintenance and maintaining assigned mechanical equipment.

·                Supervise all die sets conditions and inform about the die set conditions with the Departmental head.

·                Train junior colleague.

·                Toolbox meeting- Brief safety meeting at the start of work.    

·                Improving work quality through training of subordinates, like as- Sr. technicians, Technicians, Asst. Technicians, Operator.

·                Maintain a safe and effective working environment.

·                To participate in diagnosis and repair of major breakdown and to estimate time of repair and ensure timely return of repaired equipment.

·                Contribute to workflow improvement, planning and scheduling activities

·                Pass on information from department Head to employees and vice versa.

·                Participate in coordination of production.

·                Ensure and maintain proper housekeeping of spare parts, equipment, and tools.

·                Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.                                                                                                                                                    

·                Implement lifesaving rules culture at workplace

·                Responsible and accountable peers and contractors’ health and safety at workplace, follow introduced  Health and Safety guidelines
