Experience: For Sr. Architect - Minimum of [8–10+] years of professional architectural experience, with a proven portfolio showcasing complex commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects & For Junior Architects - Minimum of [5+] years of professional architectural experience, with a proven portfolio showcasing complex commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Other suitable software..
Technical Acumen: Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, construction methods, and material assemblies.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, verbal/written communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Manage all phases of architectural projects, including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies, ensuring alignment on project vision, budget, and timeline.
Design Direction: Spearhead innovative design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations that align with project requirements and brand standards.
Technical Oversight: Review and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and building-code compliance of architectural drawings and specifications.
Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire junior and intermediate architects, fostering a culture of professional growth and continuous learning.
Quality & Resource Control: Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure profitability and high-standard execution.
