Skills

• Knowledge of concrete technology and batching plant operations.

• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily batching plant operations and ready-mix concrete production.

• Ensure concrete is produced in accordance with approved mix designs and quality standards.

• Carry out routine quality control tests and maintain related records.

• Coordinate with the Production, Dispatch, and Maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient operations.

• Monitor the consumption and availability of raw materials and report any shortages.

• Maintain daily production, delivery, and quality documentation.

• Assist in preventive maintenance and report equipment faults for timely repair.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and housekeeping standards.

• Provide technical support during concrete production and delivery, and perform any other duties assigned by management.

• Salary: Negotiable
