∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial Engineering
Job Context:
∎ The position will be created and maintain UPVC (Widow & Door) Product development, Product analysis and product quality. He responsibility include developing key growth production strategies and production action plans.
∎ It is highly expected that the person will be skilled and experienced in industrial Engineering (IPE).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning managing and executing production operations.
∎ To ensure implementation of daily/ Weekly/ monthly production demand.
∎ To ensure standard quality of the products when the production in underway.
∎ To execute production plans among as per sales team requirement.
∎ To Ensure quality of products as per specification or checklist.
∎ Ensuring safety and security in function of production floor and ensuring compliance.
∎ Should have proper knowledge regarding industry, competitor's activities.
∎ Proper RM ration for UPVC Profile.
∎ Schedule routine inspection, maintenance, and cleanliness of production equipment to prevent equipment break-downs and malfunctioning.
∎ Achieve production target to meet smooth sales and delivery target as per business plan.
∎ Follow up and monitor production efficiency and RM consumption as daily and monthly basis.
∎ Administer the production person with accurate guidance for achieving production target and raw material consumption.
∎ Visit corporate customers product to product development.
∎ Capable to solve problem that may arise during development and production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Direct experience of managing third party sub-contractors in carrying activities.
∎ Proven experience of working in cross functional team, risk and change management.
∎ Behavioral Competencies:
