Experience:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Power Point, for reporting and forecasting.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a small team.
• Honest, sincere, polite, energetic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; comfortable working independently and managing ambiguity

Experience & Other Requirements:

• 2–3 years’ relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction, manufacturing and/or group company environments

• Identify new new clients from both existing and new industries to boost sales.
• Prepare detailed Business Plan and formulate Sales Strategies for the region.
• Develop and maintain valuable communication among existing clients.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and reports for top management.
• Time to time acquire and review customer’s opinion.
• Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual sales target and ensure order collection and sales in maximum number of outlets.
• Handle customers’ queries and after sales support.
• Conduct competitor analysis and or monitoring competitor’s activities and reporting to the supervisor.
• Perform any duty assigned by the management.
