• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Age 22 to 45 years

* Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, and AutoCAD.

* Sound knowledge of the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), seismic design, and reinforced concrete and steel structure design.

* Ability to prepare structural drawings, BOQ, and cost estimations.

* Experience in high-rise building, commercial, and residential project design and supervision.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

* Ability to coordinate effectively with architects, MEP engineers, and construction teams.

* Excellent communication and report-writing skills in both Bangla and English.

* Membership of a relevant professional body is preferred.

* Willingness to visit project sites and monitor construction quality and safety compliance.

*Having an MIEB code/AMIEB is mandatory

* Minimum 3-7 years of relevant professional experience (depending on the position level)
