Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 25 years
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar IE role within the RMG industry.

  • Female candidates will get preference.

  • Strong understanding of low-SMV production systems and line management.

  • Proficiency in IE tools and data-driven performance analysis.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production lines efficiently.

  • To know the Cutting, Sewing, Finishing Operation.

  • Solid team collaboration and communication skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct time study, motion study, and method analysis for production processes.

  • Prepare operation breakdown, SMV calculation, and production layout planning.

  • Support line balancing and manpower allocation activities to improve productivity.

  • Monitor production efficiency, capacity utilization, and line performance regularly.

  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvement initiatives.

  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance teams for operational improvement.

  • Analyze production data and prepare IE reports and MIS updates.

  • Support style changeover and production line setup activities.

  • Monitor machine utilization and operational workflow efficiency.

  • Ensure implementation of lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction initiatives.

  • Conduct capacity planning and target setting based on production requirements.

  • Assist in productivity improvement projects and continuous improvement programs.

  • Maintain IE documentation, process records, and operational analysis reports.

  • Support operator training regarding method improvement and process standardization.

  • Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and process standards.
