We are a leading provider of medical diagnostic solutions in Bangladesh. We are seeking a technically competent, dynamic, and result-oriented Sales & Service Engineer to manage our specialized portfolio of Laboratory Equipment, Blood Bank Solutions, Radiology Equipment & Printers, and Dialysis (Nephrology) Equipment. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with business development skills to drive sales growth while ensuring excellent installation, maintenance, and after-sales service for our valued customers.
Job Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients, including hospitals, diagnostic centers, dialysis centers, and research laboratories, to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Technical Installation: Install, commission, configure, and validate Laboratory Analyzers, Blood Bank Equipment, Radiology Equipment & Printers, and Nephrology Equipment.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance of hardware and software to ensure maximum equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.
Product Demonstration & Training: Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and hands-on training for Pathologists, Radiologists, Nephrologists, Laboratory Technologists, Biomedical Engineers, and end users.
Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and provide prompt, professional after-sales service and technical support.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer requirements, and new technologies in the Radiology, Pathology, Laboratory, Blood Bank, and Nephrology segments, and submit regular reports to management.
Competitive Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Sales Incentive: Attractive sales commission/incentive package based on performance and target achievement.
Allowances: Travel Allowance (T/A), Daily Allowance (D/A), and Mobile Bill as per company policy.
