Job Context

We are a leading provider of medical diagnostic solutions in Bangladesh. We are looking for a technically sound and result-oriented Sales & Service Engineer to manage our specialized portfolio, including Laboratory Equipment, Blood Bank Solutions, and Radiology Printers. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical maintenance and strategic sales growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients (Hospitals, Diagnostic Centers, and Research Labs) to meet monthly and annual sales targets.

• Technical Installation: Lead the installation, commissioning, and configuration of Laboratory analyzers, Blood Bank equipment, and Radiology thermal printers.

• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of hardware/software issues to ensure zero downtime for clients.

• Product Demonstration: Provide high-quality technical demonstrations and hands-on training to Pathologists, Lab Technicians, and Radiologists.

• Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries and provide prompt after-sales service.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities in the Radiology and Lab segment and report market trends to management.
