We are a fast-growing medical equipment and dialysis products company in Bangladesh. To drive nationwide sales expansion, dealer development, and corporate business growth, we are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
· Appoint, manage, and expand District and Divisional Dealer networks across Bangladesh
· Lead sales, marketing, and business development activities nationwide
· Develop and execute corporate deals with hospitals, dialysis centers, and healthcare institutions
· Act as a Business Development Policy Maker, defining long-term sales and growth strategies
· Build, lead, and monitor high-performance sales teams
· Identify new markets, channels, and strategic partnerships
· Ensure strict implementation of credit-avoidance and controlled credit policies
· Achieve annual sales targets and ensure sustainable business growth
