Job Context
We are a leading supplier of specialized medical consumables focused on kidney care. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee the sales and distribution of our core product line, including High-Flux/Low-Flux Dialyzers, Blood Tubing Sets, and AV Fistula Needles. The candidate will be responsible for driving growth in the nephrology segment by maintaining strong relationships with dialysis centers and hospitals.
Job Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement: Take full responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales targets for Dialyzers and related consumables in the assigned territory.
Market Penetration: Identify and onboard new dialysis centers, private hospitals, and government kidney units.
Key Account Management: Maintain robust professional relationships with Nephrologists, Dialysis Technicians, and Hospital Procurement Officers.
Product Promotion: Conduct technical demonstrations of Dialyzers, Blood Lines, and Needles, emphasizing clinical efficiency and safety standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and monitor the performance of Medical Promotion Officers (MPOs) or Territory Officers within the area.
Tender Management: Assist the management in preparing documentation for hospital tenders and institutional sales.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide actionable feedback to the head office.
