• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the structural design of industrial, commercial, and residential projects.

• Hands-on experience in structural analysis and design, drawing/detailing review, and preparation of Design Reports, Engineering Assessment (EA), and Detailed Engineering Assessment (DEA) reports.

• Sound knowledge of BNBC 2006, BNBC 2020, ACI, AISC, ASCE, ASTM, and other relevant national and international design codes and standards.

• Proficiency in structural design and analysis software, including STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and AutoCAD.

• Strong presentation, communication, and client management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.

• Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently as well as within a collaborative structural design team.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.

• Positive attitude, professional work ethics, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues.

• Prepare structural designs for all types of buildings (RC and Steel Structures) in compliance with BNBC and other relevant international codes.

• Understand client requirements and develop practical, safe, and cost-effective structural design solutions.

• Attend client meetings, site visits, and project coordination meetings as required.

• Coordinate with clients, architects, site engineers, and contractors regarding structural design and construction-related issues.

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), structural design calculations, and technical documentation.

• Review construction drawings and provide technical support during project execution.

• Ensure design quality, code compliance, and timely delivery of project deliverables.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
