Experience
• 1 to 6 years of professional experience
• Experience in architecture firms or engineering consultancy firms is required
Additional Requirements
• Age 25 to 35 years
• Preference will be given to those with experience in industrial, commercial & residential project design work.
• Portfolio demonstrating excellence in design and project delivery.
• Expertise in architectural concept development, planning, and building design.
• Strong command of AutoCAD
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3D Max, Animation and Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Excellent understanding of BNBC, fire safety codes, and local authority regulations.
• Strong presentation, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Experience in managing projects from concept to completion. Creative problem-solving and design optimization skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with a focus on quality, innovation, and timely delivery.
• Fast SketchUp/Others modelling and 3D visualization skills.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
• Familiarity with RAJUK rules and approval processes.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative design team.
Responsibilities & Context
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication and design excellence.
• Understand client needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and project briefings.
• Drafting the drawings as required
• Ability to develop fast and accurate 3D models and visualizations
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
• Coordinate with clients regarding design related issues
• Meeting and Design presentation to client if required
