We are looking for a proactive and responsible Hub Incharge to manage daily hub activities, ensure smooth parcel movement, and maintain operational accuracy. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in their own locality and grow a career in logistics and operations.  

Departments:

• Inside Dhaka Operations (ISD)
• Dhaka Sub Operations (Near District of Dhaka)
• Outside Dhaka Operations (OSD)

Key Responsibilities

• Hub Operations Management
• Oversee day-to-day hub activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor pickup operations, reverse deliveries, and Pickup Agent (PA) performance.
• Maintain strong agent attendance and ensure timely arrival for pickups.
• Coordinate with IR, KAM teams, and merchants for issue resolution.

Daily Dispatch & Cash Management

• Manage daily dispatch tasks and ensure timely cash collection.
• Verify hold and return parcels for accuracy.
• Complete assignment and closing activities for dispatched parcels.
• Collect COD amounts and process reverse or zone-change parcels.

Reverse Processing & Parcel Handling

• Handle daily reverse dispatch operations efficiently.
• Complete assignment and closing activities for picked parcels.
• Ensure proper processing and handover of all parcels.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and share daily performance and processing reports.
• Maintain proper documentation for all operational tasks.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
