Responsibilities & Context:
Managing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure proper handling and storage of natural food products (Honey, spices, dry foods, organic items, etc.)
Maintain FIFO/FEFO methods to minimize wastage and expiry
Monitor inventory levels and support stock counts, reconciliation, and reporting
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams for smooth operations
Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups and deliveries
Handle customer returns, refused deliveries, and damaged goods
