The candidate must be proficient in Bangla typing using Bijoy or Avro.

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline

• Follow up on leads from Facebook, WhatsApp, Website or any other platform.

• Initiate sales conversations and engage with inbound inquiries to convert them into confirmed orders.

• Sales entries are made on software & accurately process customer orders.

• Coordinate with delivery operations team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.

• Ensure customer details, order quantities, address, and contact information are accurately captured in the system. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.

• Coordinate product return/replacement processes in a timely manner.

• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

• Collect and document feedback to reporting boss for continuous product and service improvement.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to increase brand loyalty and repeat sales.
