• The candidate must be proficient in Bangla typing using Bijoy or Avro.

• Develop engaging content ideas and produce various content types including, Scripts, short videos, reels, articles, infographics, and social media posts tailored for multiple platforms.
• Ensure all content reflects the brand voice, values, and messaging focused on Natural Foods, sustainability, and healthy living.
• Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics
• Analyze web traffic to measure the success of the content
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms
• Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes and best practices
• Manage social media tools and platforms used for scheduling, listening and analytics
• Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
• Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize written and visual content for search engines, improving organic reach and search visibility.
