2–3 years of experience in Purchase / Supply Chain (preferably in manufacturing/agro industry).
Must be able to drive a motorcycle with a valid driving license.
Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines.
Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Responsibilities & Context:
Execute end-to-end purchase activities for raw materials, machinery, and services.
Maintain supplier communication, negotiation, and follow-up for timely delivery.
Prepare purchase orders, comparative statements, and maintain relevant documentation.
Coordinate with the supply chain, accounts, and production teams for smooth operations.
Visit suppliers/vendors physically when required.
Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
