Context
Abul Khair Group, one of the leading business conglomerates in the country, is seeking self-driven, enthusiastic, and morally strong candidates for its Tobacco Leaf Operation.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage Tobacco Leaf cultivation, Farmer registrations, and Tobacco procurement.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with farmers and vendors.
Ensure achievement of quality targets at cost-effective prices.
Provide technical guidance and support to farmers on best cultivation practices.
Monitor crop growth, pest management, and harvesting to ensure optimum yield.
Maintain accurate records of farmer contracts, procurement, and stock levels.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress and address any challenges that arise.
Assist in training programs for farmers to enhance productivity and quality.
