• Strong analytical capability with advance financial modelling skill.

• Deep understanding of commercial strategy, pricing methodologies and Market dynamics.

We are looking for qualified, dynamic, and self-motivated personnel for the above-mentioned position for immediate recruitment for Dhaka office respectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals and compliance requirements.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement process from local and foreign principals.

• Develop effective sourcing strategies to ensure quality, cost efficiency and timely delivery from foreign principals.

• Monitor and analyze logistics, shipping, and inventory data to identify bottlenecks and improve performance.

• Establish and track key supply chain performance metrics.

• Prepare regular reports on inventory, procurement activities, and supply chain performance.

• Review and interpret contracts and import/export documents to ensure compliance.

• Maintain accurate supply chain records and ensure proper inventory control.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.

• Develop and implement policies to enhance supply chain efficiency, quality, and safety.

• Resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, discrepancies, and logistics incidents.

• Collaborate with internal departments to support business growth and operational alignment.

• Negotiate with foreign principles and vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.

• Oversee the full PR–CS–PO process and ensure timely final delivery.

• Build and manage a reliable supplier base, ensuring quality, capacity, and performance standards.

• Strengthen supplier relationships to support continuous improvement and innovation.

• Monitor market prices and maintain updated market intelligence.

• Manage departmental budgets and ensure optimal resource utilization.

• Conduct periodic reviews of supply chain operations to identify optimization opportunities.

• Establish procurement policies, best practices, and supplier evaluation criteria.

• Lead the tendering process, including TOR development, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.

• Implement risk mitigation strategies for procurement and workplace services.

• Ensure compliance with legal, stakeholder, and import/export requirements.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet service and operational needs.

• Prepare management reports on performance, KPIs, and budget variances.

• Support HR in developing competency frameworks, skill matrices, and training plans for the department.

• Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
