Responsibilities & Context:

Context: We are looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Executive / Sales Co-Ordinator (Female)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the ensure highest satisfaction.

  • Identify client needs, clarify information and provide solutions.

  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.

  • Ensure service delivery through follow-up process & updating documentation.

  • Report time to time to the line manager/ management.

  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

  • Confirm appointment booking through multiple channels.

  • Handle each & every customer/client with care and sincerity.

  • Handle critical customers with effective communication skill.

  • Customer Service/ Appointment settings over the phone on a daily basis as per instruction.

  • Follow communication "SOP" when handling different topics.

  • Receive customer complaints and forward the complaint to the concerned department.

  • Preserve the necessary information of the customer and report accordingly.

  • Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
