Our Call Center plays a crucial role in maintaining the heartbeat of our customer service operations. Here’s what our dedicated team is responsible for:

Working Hours: 8 hours duty (৮ ঘণ্টা ডিউটি)

Day Off: Friday and Government Holidays (সাপ্তাহিক ছুটি: শুক্রবার এবং সরকারি ছুটির দিন)

Key Responsibilities (মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ):

Client Communication (ক্লায়েন্টের সাথে যোগাযোগ)

  • Call potential and existing clients to introduce company services.

  • Explain visa services, requirements, and procedures clearly.

  • Build and maintain positive client relationships over the phone.

Client Visit & Support (ক্লায়েন্ট ভিজিট ও সহায়তা)

  • Visit clients at their offices to discuss services and build partnerships.

  • Provide on-site guidance and consultation as needed.

  • Gather feedback from clients to improve service quality.

Coordination & Reporting (সমন্বয় ও রিপোর্টিং)

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client service.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, and client interactions.

  • Report client feedback, trends, and potential opportunities to management.

Compliance & Representation (সম্মতি ও প্রতিনিধিত্ব)

  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

  • Follow company policies and maintain client confidentiality.
