Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for enthusiastic and people-oriented Customer

Relationship Officers to join our growing team. The selected candidates will be placed across

our business verticals based on performance and suitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and a positive attitude.

  • Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and drive sales.

  • Communicate directly with customers — both over phone and face—to—face to understand their needs and offer suitable products or services.

  • Actively work towards achieving sales targets through effective customer communication, upselling, and cross-selling.

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly when they visit our shop or premises, ensuring a pleasant experience.

  • Act as a host — take care of walk-in customers, guide them through available products/services, and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Follow up with existing and prospective customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and close pending sales.

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, in-person, and social media platforms promptly and courteously.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and report daily activities to the supervisor.
