Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation Management: Handle Import/Export documentation, including Bill of Lading (B/L) issuance, Arrival Notices, and Delivery Orders (D/O).

  • Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for freight forwarders, shippers, and consignees regarding vessel schedules and cargo status.

  • System Integrity: Update global logistics systems with high accuracy to ensure seamless tracking across the supply chain.

  • Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve issues related to cargo claims, vessel delays, or port authorities.
