Provide face-to-face customer support and resolve queries with patience and professionalism
Remain ready for nationwide deployment at short notice for Nagad Sheba support duties
Identify, document, and escalate customer issues to appropriate channels and ensure follow-up
Communicate Nagad products, services, and offers to customers and post office employees
Maintain effective relationships with post office staff, management, and regional sales channels
Maintain daily transaction records and prepare periodic reports
Conduct regular visits to Nagad Sheba points and attend assigned events
Meet assigned KPIs, attend regular meetings and prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports
Share customer feedback and service insights with the central team
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and quality service delivery
