Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide face-to-face customer support and resolve queries with patience and professionalism

  • Remain ready for nationwide deployment at short notice for Nagad Sheba support duties

  • Identify, document, and escalate customer issues to appropriate channels and ensure follow-up

  • Communicate Nagad products, services, and offers to customers and post office employees

  • Maintain effective relationships with post office staff, management, and regional sales channels

  • Maintain daily transaction records and prepare periodic reports

  • Conduct regular visits to Nagad Sheba points and attend assigned events

  • Meet assigned KPIs, attend regular meetings and prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports

  • Share customer feedback and service insights with the central team

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and quality service delivery
