• Bachelor’s degree completed from a reputable university. Formal education is an advantage; however, we value confidence, customer-handling ability, and a positive attitude over academic qualifications

• Strong communication skills in Bangla and English (spoken & written).

• Smart, confident, and well-presented.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
