Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)/Interior Design from any reputed University.

• Govt. Diploma Institute degree holders are also encouraged to apply.

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

• Interior Design Firm/ Engineering Firm/Architectural & Construction Firm

• Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge about interior design and Architectural materials is necessary.

• To prepare 3D design as per the Instruction of management is must.

• Creating realistic 3d models and working drawing by computer-aided design (3D Studio MAX, Auto Cad with V-Ray Render, Enscape, D5 and Photoshop).

• Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design (Residential & Commercial).

• Will be responsible for designing and complete project management from start to finish.

• Conceptualizing new ideas and creative visualization.

• Understand the client`s requirements and achieving their satisfactory level through design.

• Sound knowledge in project supervision and hands on experience in accordance with the 3D design.

• Sound Experience on Interior Materials Sourcing, Estimation, Project analysis & Budgeting.

• Familiar with Wood, Metal, Glass, Paint, Electric, and Sanitary & Civil works.

• Meet with clients to determine objectives and requirements for structures.

• Give preliminary estimates on cost, overall budget and project delivery time.

• Direct workers who prepare drawings and documents.

• Prepare scaled drawings, either with computer software or by hand.

• Able to coordinate and communicate with design and technical production.

• To coordinate with the Architect/Engineer for Smooth Execution of the project.

• Preparing Interior Estimating & Budget.

• To Preparing Interior BOQ, Work Schedule, Interior materials requisition, materials QC.
