Ability to work under pressure in rotational shifts.
Role Overview:-
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to drive performance, ensure quality, and improve team efficiency through coaching, performance reviews, and SLA tracking.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor daily team performance and ensure adherence to targets.
· Provide regular coaching, one-on-one feedback, and training sessions.
· Maintain shift rosters, attendance, and productivity tracking.
· Handle escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
· Conduct quality audits and performance appraisals.
