Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for guiding students toward their dreams? We are seeking a results-driven Tele-Counselor & Admissions Officer to join our team. In this dual role, you will be the voice of our consultancy—converting digital interest into successful enrollments and managing the official admissions pipeline.

The Role at a Glance

  • Telephonic Counseling: Make outbound calls to high-intent leads and handle incoming inquiries to provide expert academic guidance.

  • Social Media Management: Actively monitor and respond to inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, and DMs to ensure a 100% response rate.

  • Omni-Channel Communication: Manage high-volume student interactions via WhatsApp and SMS with clarity and a professional tone.

  • Admissions Processing: Guide students through the full enrollment cycle, including eligibility checks, fee structures, and document submission.

  • Sales & Conversion: Overcome objections and address student concerns effectively to meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets.

  • Lead Lifecycle Management: Maintain a meticulous CRM database, ensuring timely follow-ups and re-engagement of "cold" leads.

  • Information Integrity: Deliver precise, up-to-date information regarding partner institutions, courses, and visa/entry requirements.

  • Performance Reporting: Collaborate with marketing teams and provide daily/weekly reports on call volumes, engagement, and conversion metrics.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Psychology, or Education preferred).

  • Experience: 0–2 years in tele-sales, educational counseling, or a customer-facing admissions role.

  • Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication; proficiency in Meta Business Suite.

  • Mindset: A mix of a "sales closer" and a "student advocate"—you are target-oriented but deeply empathetic to student needs.
