We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Relationship Officer to provide essential support to our customer relationship operations internationally. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment, assisting with daily tasks and special projects.

What You Will Do (Key Duties)

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients and partners.

• Connecting students to International Opportunities for higher studies, internship, and placements

• Collaborating with renowned international universities for various activities related to academics, research, and student`s career.

• Facilitate effective communication between international partners and internal teams. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise.

• Read negotiations with international partners, ensuring favorable terms and agreements.

• Prepare and review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals

What we need from you :

• Proficiency in spoken Hindi , English. Good writing skills in English is a plus

• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Highly organized, reliable, and excellent time management skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
