Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking highly skilled Python Developers with strong expertise in both full-stack web development and advanced web scraping/automation. This role focuses equally on building modern web applications and developing reliable data extraction tools and pipelines. You will create scalable platforms, automation systems, and data-driven solutions that support internal operations and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Python

• Build RESTful APIs and backend systems for web and mobile integration

• Develop dashboards, admin panels, and internal business tools

• Create responsive frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data handling

• Design and maintain robust Python-based web scraping solutions

• Scrape data from static and dynamic websites (AJAX, pagination, dynamic content)

• Handle challenges such as rate limiting, IP rotation, CAPTCHAs, and anti-bot measures

• Implement error handling, logging, retries, and monitoring for scraping systems

• Clean, validate, standardize, and structure collected data

• Build and optimize end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines

• Integrate data from web apps, scraping tools, and APIs

• Store and manage data using SQL and NoSQL databases

• Develop data-driven backend services and automation workflows

• Deploy web applications and scraping systems on VPS or cloud platforms

• Manage scheduled jobs, background tasks, and scalable execution

• Work closely with operations, analytics, HR, and business teams to understand requirements

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python (OOP, scripting, API integration – REST)

• Experience with frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and DOM

• Web scraping tools: BeautifulSoup, lxml

• Browser automation: Selenium or Playwright

• Requests or httpx, Regex

• Data handling with Pandas, openpyxl, CSV, JSON

• Database management: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, MongoDB or similar

• Git & GitHub for version control
