Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Receive and handle incoming customer calls.

  2. Provide first-level troubleshooting for internet issues (slow speed, no connection, router problems, etc).

  3. Create support tickets.

  4. Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.

  5. Others Responsibility assigned by the management.
