Responsibilities & Context:

1. Lead, supervise, and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals and business objectives.

2. Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans aligned with the company's growth strategy.

3. Set individual and team KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.

4. Ensure all marketing activities are executed efficiently and within the approved timeline.

5. Review and approve marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer acquisition initiatives.

6. Analyze marketing performance, campaign results, and ROI, and prepare reports for management.

7. Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Customer Support teams to improve lead generation and conversion.

8. Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and strategic partnerships to support business growth.

9. Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to improve marketing decisions.

10. Ensure accurate uploading of client information and timely completion of all required portal documentation.

11. Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to marketing strategies and service quality.

12. Prepare departmental work plans, assign tasks, and ensure accountability among team members.

13. Submit weekly and monthly performance reports, achievements, challenges, and action plans to management.

14. Perform any other business development responsibilities assigned by management.
