Responsibilities & Context:

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries courteously and professionally.

  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, order confirmations, and customer support.

  • Respond to customer messages on social media and other digital channels.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or internal systems.

  • Ensure timely resolution and follow-up of customer issues.

  • Meet daily performance targets and quality standards.

  • Assist in improving customer care processes.
