✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Checking, handling, and maintaining client bookings

• Contacting clients for booking confirmations

• Politely handling client inquiries via calls, chats, and emails

• Actively responding to messages and comments on social media platforms

• Welcoming and assisting clients with professionalism

• Maintaining daily sales transactions

• Creating client reports using Canva

• Sending personalised reports to clients via email

🎯 Requirements:

• Must be a university graduate

• Highly dedicated, disciplined, punctual and organised

• Humble, well-mannered, and client-focused

• Proficient in Canva (Highly Preferred)

• Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Office Softwares (Required)

• Strong communication skills in Bangla & English (both written and spoken)

• Willingness to learn and grow within a premium service environment
