We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and well-presented professionals to join our Front Desk & Call Center team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
· Bachelor's degree (Honours) in any discipline from a recognized university.
· Degrees in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or related fields will be given preference.
· Experience in any of the following industries will receive preference:
o Plastic Surgery Clinic
o Aesthetic Clinic
o Dental Clinic
o Hospital
o Diagnostic Centre
o Luxury Hotel

· Age: 20–35 years
· Excellent grooming and professional presentation.
· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English (spoken and written).
· Confident telephone etiquette and professional voice communication.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
· Ability to handle multiple patients simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
· Willingness to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
· Welcome patients warmly and provide a five-star hospitality experience.
· Register new patients and update existing patient information.
· Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
· Coordinate patient flow to minimize waiting time.
· Assist VIP and international patients throughout their clinic journey.
· Ensure reception and waiting areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
· Coordinate with doctors, nurses, counselors, and other departments for smooth patient operations.
· Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
· Respond to inquiries received through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email, and website chat.
· Schedule consultations and treatment appointments.
· Conduct follow-up calls with prospective and existing patients.
· Confirm appointments and reduce no-show rates.
· Record and maintain accurate CRM and patient database information.
· Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department.
· Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
· Respond to inquiries received through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, email, and website chat.
· Schedule consultations and treatment appointments.
· Conduct follow-up calls with prospective and existing patients.
· Confirm appointments and reduce no-show rates.
· Record and maintain accurate CRM and patient database information.

· Prepare daily appointment reports.
· Maintain accurate patient records.
· Support billing and payment coordination when required.
· Assist with daily operational reports.
