Essential Qualifications:

  • Candidates having 3-5 years practical working experience in a customer service role in the Garments Accessories company will be given priority.

  • Ability to work independently and the capacity to lead other team members

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • ​Fluent in Bengali and English (both written and spoken).

​Behavioral Competencies:
