Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Garments Accessories

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) or Mechanical Engineering

• Certification in TPM / Lean Maintenance / Reliability Engineering will be an advantage

• At least 10 years

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Hands-on experience with automation, PLC systems and industrial control panels

• Strong understanding of energy management, environmental sustainability and utility optimization

• Familiar with compliance standards (BNBC, Electrical Safety, Fire Safety, ESG requirements)

• Strong knowledge about NIRAPON requirements, capability to lead the team to complete the CAP of NIRAPON and finally prepare the factory for NIRAPON approval, 90 day’s management report system.

• Experience of facing audits of Alliance/ Accord/ NIRAPON etc.

• Strong leadership, planning and cross-functional coordination skills

Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and utility management

• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-disciplinary maintenance teams in a large-scale manufacturing setup.

• Proven experience in garments accessories / printing / packaging / textile industries

Key Machinery Exposure (Must Have)

• Printing & Packaging Machines: Corrugated board plant, rotary & die cut machine, printing/digital printing machine, Flexo, offset, gravure, barcode/label printing

• Finishing & Assembly: Heat transfer, lamination, coating, automated assembly

• Utilities: Boilers, generators, compressors, chillers, HVAC, ETP/STP

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance strategy for diversified machinery

• Implement preventive, predictive and reliability-centered maintenance

• Ensure maximum uptime of production machinery

• Oversee PLC and automation troubleshooting

• Plan spare parts and inventory

• Lead installation and commissioning of new machinery

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

• Conduct root cause analysis and CAPA

• Develop maintenance team capability

• Monitor KPIs like MTBF, MTTR, downtime

• Drive energy efficiency, water conservation and environmental sustainability initiatives

• Ensure proper operation and compliance of ETP/STP and environmental management systems

• Monitor and reduce energy consumption, carbon footprint and waste generation

• Ensure compliance with environmental laws, ESG standards and buyer sustainability requirements

• Mobile bill
