Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers through online platforms.

- Promote our services throughout various online platforms.

- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure excellent customer service.

- Maintain accurate communication records and follow up with clients when necessary.

Requirements

- Female candidates only.

- Minimum H.S.C or equivalent qualification.

- English communication skills (Speaking, Reading & Writing) are mandatory.

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
